Working with volunteers
There are many reasons to involve volunteers: to diversify the group of people working in your organisation, to involve the local community, to give people the chance to gain skills and experiences. Involving volunteers is usually a positive experience for most organisations, and one that can have immense benefits for clients, staff and the volunteers themselves.
